TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bossint.ai platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
2. Service Description
Bossint provides AI-powered web monitoring and research capabilities through "Watchdogs"—configurable workspaces that continuously monitor public sources for user-defined topics, changes, and developments. The Service includes structured data extraction, change detection, historical tracking, and delivery of findings via dashboard, email, or API.
3. Subscriptions and Fees
The Service may be offered under free, subscription-based, or enterprise pricing models. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or specifically stated in these Terms.
Fair-use note: Your monthly run allowance is the limit that counts toward your plan. To keep the service reliable for everyone, we normally pace usage at up to 1 run/day on Free, 10/day on Starter, 40/day on Pro, and 170/day on Power. We may adjust this daily pace based on system capacity and usage patterns, without changing your monthly allowance.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Bossint retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, models, and design. Your monitoring configurations, prompts, and custom schemas remain your property. Findings generated by the Service may be used for internal business purposes as permitted under your plan tier.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your information to provide the Service, improve monitoring quality, and maintain security. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and may request deletion at any time.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that findings will be error-free, complete, or suitable for particular purposes. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Your business decisions should incorporate appropriate human review and validation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bossint's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or other cause with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete associated data after thirty days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance.
