What Bossint Is Designed For

Bossint is an AI-powered web monitoring and research platform. It continuously monitors public web sources for changes in markets, companies, regulations, public-sector activity, supply chains, and other user-defined topics. Typical use cases include:

  • Competitor and market intelligence
  • Regulatory and compliance monitoring
  • Supply chain and operational risk tracking
  • Geopolitical and security developments
  • Public sector, infrastructure, and tender monitoring
  • Research, media, and narrative trend analysis

Prohibited Uses

Bossint may not be used to:

  • Obtain, aggregate, enrich, or expose personal information about individuals for people-search, profiling, unsolicited marketing, or surveillance purposes.
  • Access leaked, breached, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained datasets.
  • Circumvent authentication, paywalls, access controls, robots.txt directives, or other technical restrictions imposed by source websites.
  • Conduct lead generation activities including harvesting decision-maker contact information for unsolicited outreach campaigns.
  • Send bulk automated emails, SMS messages, or other communications to individuals identified through Bossint monitoring without their prior consent.
  • Build profiles or dossiers on specific individuals rather than organizations, markets, or topics.

Monitoring Scope

Bossint monitors publicly available web sources. Users should configure their Watchdogs to monitor organizational, market, regulatory, and topic-based content rather than individual persons. While monitoring company leadership changes or executive appointments as part of business intelligence is permitted, systematic collection of personal contact details for outreach is not.

Rate Limits and Source Consideration

Users should configure polling frequencies appropriate to the monitored sources. Excessive request volumes that burden source websites or trigger rate-limiting responses may result in temporary account restrictions. Bossint agents are designed to respect standard web etiquette and robots.txt conventions where applicable.

Data Accuracy and Human Review

Bossint provides AI-generated findings with source links and confidence indicators. Users should treat structured extractions as research assistance rather than definitive facts. High-impact business decisions should incorporate human review of original sources, particularly when evidence quality is flagged as limited by the system.

Violations and Remedies

We may notify users of suspected AUP violations. Repeated or material violations may result in account suspension, termination of service, or other remedies available under our Terms of Service. In cases involving potential illegal activity, security breaches, or abusive behavior that threatens the platform or its users, we reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately without prior notification. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the specific terms governing your subscription or enterprise agreement take precedence over this general policy.
